From the minute the doors opened at SEMA 2025, #TEAMDS18 had them hooked. We came to remind the automotive industry of something we’ve always known: you can’t ride without sound.
SEMA is the stage, but sound is the story. And this year, we told it LOUD and clear!
If you’re new here, DS18 was built from the garage up. Through late nights testing amps and long hauls setting up shows across the country. Every wire led us here. This recap showcases everything we brought to the show and everything we believe about the magic of a perfect audio experience.

Setting The Stage
That was just 15 days ago. From that moment, the countdown to SEMA 2025 began. Our mission was clear: build the greatest audio experience this show has ever seen.
We started with the Polaris RZR: a fully immersive audio experience built from scratch in just over two weeks. Inside the RZR, we packed in some of our most advanced gear:
- The RZR-RCSUB10LD: a bedliner-finished, bandpass-loaded subwoofer enclosure powered by the EXL-X10.2D. Crystal-clear bass with RGB digital lighting, sealed tight in a weather-resistant shell.
- The NVY-M8DTP and NVY-M8DTPS: two high-powered 8” tower speakers from our newest NVY Series, mounted on the NEW RZR-PROTUBE system for elevated sound with Kevlar cones, neodymium drivers, and RGB-lit grills that cut clean through trail noise.
But, the RZR was just the beginning: once it was dialed in, momentum took over.
A Special Shoutout to JUCA
As one of the loudest voices in the Latin car scene, JUCA HAD TO pull up to the DS18 booth! His energy, and the love he shows for real audio builds is what #TEAMDS18 is all about.
We’ve been longtime fans of his content, and seeing him show love at the biggest show of the year was a full-circle moment.

Turning SEMA Into Our Soundstage
From the very beginning, our goal was clear. Create a DS18-powered moment at every corner of the show. Inside AND Outside, every placement was intentional.
The Best Builds of SEMA 2025
The Holy Ghost
A true donk in every sense of the word. Lifted, spinning gold, and powered by a competition-grade DS18 system tuned for extreme subsonic performance. This is how the Holy Ghost pulled up to Las Vegas:

The Result
The Holy Ghost Donk drew consistent crowds of all types of people. Attendees lined up for demos and kept coming back for more. Built to compete: this build sparked conversations about what high-performance audio should look, and sound, like in 2025.

When Chip Foose stops in his tracks to take a closer look, you know you've done something right. The Big Meech Bike is a full showcase of what DS18 Audio can do on two wheels.

MoparQueen’s XL CFMoto Build
An XL build deserves an XL system! That’s exactly what @moparqueen5.7 delivered with her 2024 CFMoto UForce 1000 XL, posted front and center in the North Hall Lobby for Day 2 of #SEMA2025. Built from the ground up to be loud, and visually unforgettable: this side-by-side turned heads and kept the pressure high every time it played.

Nothing Bigger Than #TEAMDS18
If there’s one thing SEMA 2025 proved: #TEAMDS18 is indestructible. Every day, we had die-hard audio heads, and creators rolling through just to show love. And in between all the noise, there were moments that stuck with us.
One of them? @JeepGladius.
Known on Instagram for his next-level Jeep Gladiator build, Tristan Crookston pulled up to our booth with what the team described as “the entire DS18 Jeep catalog in one vehicle.”
Inspired by Roman warriors, the JeepGladius featured dual gladiator swords as a central styling theme. Everything about the build screamed attention to detail: and dedication to quality.
The DS18 logo was everywhere at SEMA! This community is something special, and we’re just getting started.
This IS Only The Beginning For #TEAMDS18
SEMA 2025 was proof that when DS18 shows up, we take over. But this is just a preview of what’s ahead.
