I installed these into the fairing of my Roadglide Ultra. It required the removal of the decorative piece on the magnet and a1/8 plastic shim to gain clearance for mounting. They sound great, loud, and crystal clear. I used the grills that came with them for the rear speakers. The grills cover most of the the OEM speakers and are sturdy.
These speakers are loud. Love um. Wish they had mounting screws and covers

I havent been in the car audio game for some years now and a friend/installer i worked with back then recommended these to me. Initially i wanted to stick with what i used back then but am glad i gave these a try. Finishing up the build now and cant wait to cruise with my new setup.

Have them running on an amp they sound awesome will definitely buy more ds 18 stuff in the future
I added this to the system after 800w of amps and a new sound stream head unit. I was having problems with the level of songs coming from YouTube music. It was clipping certain songs. This solved the problems immediately. Dialed it in with an oscilloscope and the system is now dialed in and twice as loud and crystal clear. Customer service and acknowledgement that they are thankful for shopping with them took the purchase over the top. I’ll be back for more goods in the future!
