I bought these for a pair of Custom Speaker Pods for my '05 Dodge Ram 1500. They fit the pods perfectly. I put a 0.06 mH inductor on mine to match the 4 uF capacitor that came with the CT Sounds MESO tweeter that also fit in the pods. This effectively gave me a 10,000Hz 1st Order crossover and they surprisingly work really well together. 5 stars for sound, value, and great looks.
I loooooove them they are very loud it’s pricey but it’s worth your money

Mixed emotionsI have 10 of them in my Slingshot. Eight of them sounds amazing to them are not working. I have a replaced one two times but I love the sound on the ones that’ll work.
After putting these in my Lids the music has come to life..simply amazing.. I like it Loud…..

I started using DS18 a couple years ago. Ever since, I’ve stuck with them and recommended them to everyone needing audio. Quality is better than most. Many people say “why didn’t you go with JBL, they’ve been around longer.” In return, I’ll tell them they’re overpriced and overrated. DS18 is 100% the way to go for your audio needs!
Got two of these bad boys in my truck. Ported in from the bed. They sound amazing. Only issue I had were soldering on voice coils broke and it cost my some money on install. But highly recommend these loud *!@ speakers for anyone who wants to annoy the neighbors. Just verify your connections
