The ZXI-44 features a Kevlar cone woofer with a rubber surround, the perfect combination for delivering precise and punchy bass responses. Kevlar is a durable and lightweight material that is commonly used in bulletproof vests: but is ideal for creating speaker cones due to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Combined with the rubber surround the ZXI-44 comes with reduces unwanted vibrations, resulting in a cleaner and more accurate sound.
The 2-way design on the ZXI-44 equips the 4” woofer with a 1” Neodymium Magnet Tweeter, which delivers unmatched clarity and detail in the higher end of the frequency range. Being limited in my 2019 BMW 530i I was able to pair this with an aftermarket amp and sub and let me say that needing this is an understatement. Tuning the frequency with the stock system is not possible but this made a night and day difference. The Bluetooth adjustability is also the icing on the cake! Even though I am using this for a single channel I eventually plan on using the remaining.

These are great speakers just what I was looking for. 2007 ultra classic Aquatic AV head unit currently no amp and these things are very loud. Now I will add 2 more to the back

Wasn't bad to install, the difference from factory is amazing!!! Was always driving at full volume (doors off) now I keep it at 18. So much cleaner.
