Great sound and louder than factory.
I'm happy to say I am extremely impressed with everything I've bought
With these speakers, DS18 lives up to it motto of, “We Like It Loud.” The sound is crisp, loud and when that down beat hits, you feel it! The speaker boxes themselves were spot on in regard to fit and Plug-and-Play.
My only negative comment I will give is with the driver side speaker box. For the JL Wrangler there is a box from the OEM speakers which needs to be mounted into the back of the DS18 and the speakers have those mounting points however, the locations provide are not threaded.
I called customer service and their advice is to have a second person hold the pieces in place while I DRILL the (1/8”) hole. I obviously had to do it but was a bit taken aback that DS18 would not have this done during assembly.
Changed out my dash speakers to these and it’s a clear difference. I didn’t add an amp or anything else and it still improved the sound. There’s definitely more push from the front whereas before it seemed I didn’t have much sound coming from them. I’ve got the DS18 soundbar already, I’ll be adding more soon.

at the beginig I get the 6.5inch but because of the look, design and quality I changed my mind to 8 inch and more quantity. Recomended 100%

I have many different kinds of speakers trying to find the best ones to fit me and I found them DS18. You cannot go wrong with these. 10 out of 10 recommend these to anyone wanting to upgrade Their sound system!
This amp took the already crazy loud ds18 pros an made them even louder not that they needed a amp but man they sure do get down.
It’s supper Awesome it definitely ups your speakers compared to stock unit it really improves the quality of the sound would definitely recommend this is your sign to get it!

I replaced my old and very poorly tweeter from my Markbass P210 Combo with this amazing 1" Neodymium Driver And Horn Kit 160 Watts 1.5" Polyimide 8-Ohm Vc.
I took my time to study whether this project was going to work. In order for this new driver horn to fit my bass cabinet, I had to enlarge the existing hole and when placed, I ultimately ended up using one screw because of the new position of the tweeter horn driver.
