I have tried several brands of speakers on my Harley , and these are HANDS DOWN the best sounding , clarity , bass all around amazing !! The customer service from DS18 is above and beyond as well !! I will never run anything else besides DS18

I have the 6.5 in the fairing and 6x9 in my bag lids. It was a fosgate kit. The 4 speakers from ds18 really make this thing come alive. All required some minor modifications to make fit. But a dremmel is all you will need. Amazing sound, build quality appears to be great. Try them and you will be a ds18 believer too.

Threw four of these in a 1969 stingray convertible corvette firing forward from the compartment behind the seats. I researched hundreds of speakers and brands and eventually landed on these. My initial thought is that they were a bit pricey amongst the competitors, but the speaker parameters, especially the decibel rating had me convinced i at least needed to give these a shot. I knew i needed something that was going to be significantly loud for a convertible muscle car and I am here to tell you these speakers blew me away and are the nicest sounding 6x9's I have ever heard. They are slightly underpowered as i have them on a JL 400, 4 channel amp but even still i could not be more happy. I also decided to run one DS18s 6.5" subs in a ported box and the balance of sound is everything I wanted for this car.

Pictured: the box has 3 separate compartments total, in the middle is 1.6-1.7ish cu ft. box ported to DS18s manual specs. on each side of it are two 6x9's per compartment. The fit was so incredibly tight i barely got the 6x9's to fit, they are actually mounted to some of the outer edges of the box instead of the baffle. Didn't have any carpeting so i just went with a basic spray paint.

I am pretty sure i am a sold out DS18 fan at this point, I will be recommending their products from now on and can't wait to start outfitting my other vehicles with DS18 gear.
