DS18 Jeep audio systems roared through Butler, PA, turning heads at the 14th Annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival. With 15,000+ attendees and 1,000 Jeeps on-site, #TEAMDS18 drew serious crowds to our custom builds. For many, it was clear: a true Jeep build isn’t complete without DS18.

Big Presence. Bigger Sound.
Nobody came harder than DS18 at Bantam Jeep Festival 2025. We rolled into Butler, PA with setups built to shake up Slippery Rock.
Strategic location and crowd pull
The team locked down a prime spot right after the entrance to Coopers Campground. Every Jeep passed through DS18 first. There was a non-stop flow of traffic, energy, and attention from the second the invasion opened.
Everyone was pulled in by the undeniable DS18 presence. Our team was on the ground: locking in with attendees, demoing rigs, and helping owners dial in the perfect audio setup for their build.

DS18's Demo Vehicles: Tuned for the Takeover
Beyond the buzz at the booth, DS18’s Jeep audio systems proved why they dominate the Jeep scene. These battle-tested components ran full tilt in front of the thousands at Slippery Rock and Butler’s Jeep Invasion.
The Gladiator 6x6: Ready For War

When it comes to over-the-top off-road performance, few rigs match the pressure levels of DS18’s Jeep Gladiator 6x6. Every inch of this rig screams power, precision, and performance. Under the hood (and behind every panel), it’s a full-scale demo of what DS18’s Jeep audio lineup can do in the wild:
- Two ZXI8.2D 8” High-Excursion Subwoofers – Tuned for bone-rattling lows, delivering 600W RMS each
- FRP-2.5K Micro Amplifier – 2500W RMS of efficient Class D power with thermal and overload protection
- NXL-X8TPNEO Wakeboard Tower Speakers – Marine-rated, RGB-lit, and optimized for open-air clarity
- JL24-SBAR with NXL-IQ8 mids – Our flagship soundbar that hits every frequency
- JT-TUBE/BK Roll Cage Mount System – Locks the NXL Tower Speakers in tight for trails, tailgates, and show floors.
The Gladiator 6x6 owned Vendor Row—this build makes believers out of everyone who hears it.
Big Bad Wolf : The Alpha Jeep Audio System
You hear it before you see it. And when you do see it, it’s too late—the Big Bad Wolf 3.0 is officially the LOUDEST system on The East Coast!
Drenched in an aggressive wrap of neon slashes, jagged lines, and deep-blood wheels, this custom build didn’t just show up—it looked like it was fired out of a cannon straight into downtown Butler.
But the real story? Around back.

6000W max power. 4" voice coil. Carbon fiber dust caps.
Tuned for raw, low-end hits that don’t just sound big—they feel like impact.
2500W max per driver. 99 dB sensitivity.
Built with curvilinear cones for wide, punchy response that dominates midrange frequencies in open-air shows.
4.5", titanium diaphragm, RGB-lit.
These scream with 108 dB sensitivity and light up the build with DS18’s signature visual flex.
- RGB glow lighting synced across the build.
The Big Bad Wolf 3.0 is a rolling war cry calling Jeepers worldwide to give their rigs the DS18 treatment.
The LOUDEST Team In Audio Does It Again
Butler, Pennsylvania is the birthplace of the original Bantam Reconnaissance Car, the precursor to the Jeeps we all know and love. We were parked right in front of buildings that have witnessed Jeep’s journey for over 80 years. Families, lifelong Jeep owners, and first-timers walked those streets with reverence—and DS18 soundtracked that shared legacy.
Crowd engagement at the demo zone
From sun-up to sundown, our booth was the hotspot of the entire event. Kids danced. Veterans of the trail traded stories. Crowds piled into our builds to feel the bass shake the frame. It was Jeeping at full throttle.

Social media shoutouts and live videos
People who couldn’t make it to Butler still felt like they were there, pulled in by the flood of content you see right here on this blog. Follow us on Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / X for updates on our next shows and catch up on the ones you missed!
Why Jeep Owners Trust DS18 for Audio Upgrades
Jeep owners don’t settle—and neither does DS18. Here's why our gear earns its spot on serious off-road builds:
Built for off-road durability
Jeep life demands gear that can take a beating—and DS18 delivers. The NXL-IQ series is Jeep-tough, trail-tested, and ready for abuse.
- IP65 water-resistant
- UV-protected against harsh sun
- High-temp, impact-resistant baskets
- Rubber surrounds + marine-grade build
They’re made to take on mud, rain, heat, and trail vibration without flinching. No matter what you’re building, the NXL-IQ speakers deliver clear, loud sound that lasts.
Easy installation for DIYers
DS18 designs every Jeep audio upgrade with the DIYer in mind. Whether you’re swapping dash pods, adding subs, or upgrading tweeters, most systems plug straight into factory harnesses—no cutting, no custom wiring, no headaches.
Take the JP6 dash enclosure upgrade: it drops right into place, connects to the OEM harness, and comes pre-loaded with a 6.5” neodymium mid-range speaker. All you need is a screwdriver and a socket wrench.
If it’s made for Jeeps, DS18 makes sure it fits like it belongs there. Because it does.
Until Next Time, Bantam!
Bantam Jeep Festival 2025 was a full-send #TEAMDS18 takeover. We brought out the best in Jeep audio and let it rip from sunrise sound checks to sunset bass drops.
We posted up front and center, showed off the power of our JL24-SBAR soundbars, NXL marine speakers, and fan-favorite builds like the Gladiator 6x6. Demo after demo proved one thing: Jeep audio hits different when it’s DS18.
We connected with long-time fans, met new Jeepers, and fired up rigs that turned heads and shook the block. Big love to everyone who came through, dropped into a demo, shared their builds, and helped us turn Butler, PA into the loudest place on the map that weekend.
