Crazy loud & crazy heavy!
I absolutely love this sub. I pair it with a Taramp 5k with a box ported box tuned to 28hz. The extended bass at low end hits hard. Excellent performance and a good looking sub indeed. Money well spent.
I have the ds18 hooligan 12" 2+2 in a 2013 Camaro SS convertible, powered by a deaf bonce pro 5500 watt amp. I turned the spare tire well into a ported enclosure tuned to 30 hertz, and I have to say this subwoofer bangs with the best of them , it's on par with other subs that cost $1200 and up. I'm still breaking it in and it has the whole car shaking hard and I mean hard ! When tuned correctly for your application the sound quality is as good if not better than other competitors. I have been in car audio for over 30 years doing custom installs, and believe me when I say THIS SUBWOOFER IS NO JOKE! And also make sure your electrical is up to par, because it is power hungry! One of the best competition/ street scene subwoofers for the money period!

Its a great player once you figure it out. Do your homework pay special attention of the wiring for what each wire does. Installation instructions are very vague. If have back up cameras the are analog you have to go into head unit menu and change the setting. Which requires a digit pin. There is a YouTube video instruction on how to do it. There is alot to this unit can do. Instruction manual isnt user friendly. It assumes that you just know what each wire does. But once I figured out how to get things working. I love it. I recommend this unit, but do wish the instructions were more specific on what each wore does.
Works perfectly with my skar evls and it hits like crazy. Love the clipping light on the bass knob as well.

Awesome loudness for the size of the tweeter I still have put them on a amp just ran from radio but still good
So far so good, I haven't had any issues regarding this purchase, very hopeful that it will be working for a very long time

I bought these for my Polaris slingshot so I would have a better when out in it. I am pleased at how good they sound with hooked to a amp. One came damaged but after contacting them about. They got me a new on the way. The customer service is excellent. I would come back and buy more from them.
Very well kit I recommend on low wattage like around 1500 to 2000 watts its a perfect kit clean
