Replaced our inferior stock RV radio and so happy we did!

My husband took on the RV radio swap out DIY project and he hit it out of the park. He's our goto audio guy to keep people entertained at the gatherings but not the installer. He wired everything up as shown in the manual (there were a lot of wires to deal with). Then moment of truth and nothing - no sound - no power. He figured out it was a blown/broken fuse which needed replacing. Trip into town and not sure which size fuse we needed so we bought several options but his gut told him 5v was the right one. (He was right and we'll be taking the others back next time we go in to town.) He also bought butt connectors to cleanup the wiring look and quality of the install which makes it look even more professionally done. (Wish I would have taken a picture to show how well it turned out.)
We love the richer sound and bass that we get with this radio for our RV especially since we went to the trouble of upgrading all of our speakers too. Our other RV radio had trouble linking to zone 2 but this has not had that issue. Note: We haven't truly explored all the settings yet but since there were no reviews for this product we wanted to let people know that this is an upgrade you need to seriously consider.
We could have swapped out to a foreign unknown named radio (several to choose from on Amazon) but instead decided to spend a little more for a USA backed option. You won't regret upgrading to this hefty and solid quality built 2 zone RV radio!
