Great sound and louder than factory.
I'm happy to say I am extremely impressed with everything I've bought
With these speakers, DS18 lives up to it motto of, “We Like It Loud.” The sound is crisp, loud and when that down beat hits, you feel it! The speaker boxes themselves were spot on in regard to fit and Plug-and-Play.
My only negative comment I will give is with the driver side speaker box. For the JL Wrangler there is a box from the OEM speakers which needs to be mounted into the back of the DS18 and the speakers have those mounting points however, the locations provide are not threaded.
I called customer service and their advice is to have a second person hold the pieces in place while I DRILL the (1/8”) hole. I obviously had to do it but was a bit taken aback that DS18 would not have this done during assembly.
Changed out my dash speakers to these and it’s a clear difference. I didn’t add an amp or anything else and it still improved the sound. There’s definitely more push from the front whereas before it seemed I didn’t have much sound coming from them. I’ve got the DS18 soundbar already, I’ll be adding more soon.

Sound is crystal clear I came from a power bass 10 which the Bluetooth went out and the sound quilling of the da 18 is the same or even alittle better then the power bass.

These are great sounding speakers. They get quite loud before distortion which is absolutely wonderful. Excellent range as well. I'm looking forward to buying another pair soon, if i can catch it on sale again.

I have had the amp now for about a week and I am very pleased and impressed because it's small with a lot of power. This is my second DS18 amp I have had and the 1st one was great and this one is following in the same direction. Good stuff DS18 and thank you
