From the moment the gates opened, we drew in a massive crowd of people looking to get LOUD with us! Here’s just a taste of the beefy truck systems we were able to get a look at during this high-powered weekend! The Venue: The Wharf
Orange Beach, Alabama is the heart of the South, and The Wharf is where they get down. This portside destination features stunning waterfront views and entertainment for the whole family, including a movie theater and a massive Ferris wheel, making it the perfect backdrop for the baddest trucks in audio!
During OBI, The Wharf transformed into a playground for the LOUDEST trucks on the east coast. You could feel the energy shift when our custom vehicles lined The Wharf, showcasing everything from rugged truck enclosures with serious boom to beastly Jeeps with show-stopping soundstages. All audio lovers followed our lead, doing insane demos and giving people a chance to feel pro audio firsthand.
DS18's Impact at the Event
Our loudest systems were at the center of the action, pulling attendees from all over towards our booth. We were offering some of our most powerful subwoofers, and easy-to-use tools that could enhance your system before you left the grounds.
These events are the perfect way to create meaningful connections with the community. We like to think we build an atmosphere where audio can breathe, share stories, and reach people we wouldn’t usually get to come into contact with. It’s one thing to hear about DS18, and another thing totally to feel it.
Highlights of the Event
While the energy, music, and stunning trucks were unforgettable, our real mission at Orange Beach Invasion was to spotlight builds that repped DS18 to the fullest. One of the biggest standouts? @ashleyktrucks' F-250 – a fully loaded monster rocking our gear from front to back. Her build was stacked with NXL-8M Marine Speakers and PRO-DKH1 Compression Drivers, delivering crisp highs and chest-thumping mids that had the beach buzzing.
The Dynamic Duo: DS18’s PU-TUBE and TPNEO’s
The real MVPs of the event were DS18’s PU-TUBE and NXL-X8TPNEO Tower Speakers – a combo we saw in setup after setup. The PU-TUBE is the backbone for systems mounting those insane tower speakers. Together, they bring elite audio performance and endless options for customization. If you heard thunder rolling down the strip, chances are it was coming from these.
All Eyes On The #MegaBronco
The loudest ride at Orange Beach Invasion? None other than Mr. DS18’s insane new #MegaBronco. Sitting tall on 28s with a head-turning custom wrap inspired by Capcom’s Mega Man, this Ford Bronco was a magnet. This beast was LOADED with power thanks to the latest from DS18’s BRO Series, including the game-changing BRO-BASS tailgate enclosure made specifically for 6th Gen Broncos. One word: unreal.
