The Vision Behind This Year's Build
When it came time to plan our most ambitious SEMA build yet, we needed a foundation with attitude.
Enter one of the most capable off-road machines ever made: the 2025 Polaris RZR PRO R. From the factory, it brings 225 horsepower, a 2.0-liter I-4 engine, and the kind of off-road DNA that’s earned it a cult following among ALL members of #TEAMDS18. But, the magic happens when we get our hands dirty. This is a FULL DS18 BUILD. Meaning every piece we’re installing was designed specifically for the Polaris RZR and made to maximize your off-roading experience.
We’re bringing the heat with:
- Custom enclosures like the RZR-RCSUB10LD
- Digital lighting systems powered by DS18's LC-DRM
- Kevlar-reinforced drivers from DS18's NVY Series
And before you ask, YES: it’s getting painted, wrapped, lit, and finished with some LOUD attitude! But we’re keeping those details under wraps… for now. Drop your guesses in the comments!

It's Finally Here!
NVY by DS18 is our newest premium line of outdoor audio — designed for riders, boaters, and off-roaders who expect more than just volume. It’s tougher than anything we’ve ever built. And we’re putting it on full display at SEMA 2025.
What Makes NVY Different?
We changed the formula. Traditional coaxials and bullet tweeters ARE NOT ENOUGH for modern off-road riders. So we re-engineered the NVY series using hybrid driver technology to deliver high output clarity in any conditions.
